Proactive Personnel Ltd are pleased to be recruiting on behalf of their client. We are currently recruiting the role of Customer Service Assistant to join an existing, friendly and close knit team. Our client is a well established company offering exciting opportunities for candidates who are looking for development and progression.
Duties:
- Answering incoming calls and helping to answer customer queries
- Helping to resolve customer complaints
- General administration duties such as data entry
- Monitoring multiple email inboxes and answering emails in a timely and accurate fashion
- Conducting outbound calls to customers to update them on their query / order
- Maintaining accurate customer information on the in house database
- Liaising with other departments and other branches effectively
- Using bespoke in house system
Experience required:
- Good customer service skills
- Accurate administration skills
- Excellent telephone manner
- Self motivated
- Brilliant communication skills
