Proactive Personnel Ltd are pleased to be recruiting on behalf of their client based in Cannock. We are currently recruiting for the role of Reception / Admin to join an existing team. Our client is a well established company offering exciting opportunities for Candidates who are looking for development and progression.
Duties:
- Answering the telephone.
- Greeting visitors.
- Chasing customer payments prior to deliveries leaving the warehouse.
- Liaising with customers over order amendments, delivery details confirmations etc.
- Organising supplier purchase orders to fulfil customer orders.
- Working closely with in house Sales team and assisting with adhoc customer issues.
- Answering email queries.
- Filing of various paper routines.
- Any other duties deemed relatable to the smooth running of a busy Sales Office.
Experience Required:
- The suitable candidate must be able to work on their own initiative and it is important that they are organised and methodical.
- They must be adaptable to cope with the various situations that arise in a busy sales office.
- They must be personable and have a friendly disposition to be able to build and maintain relationships with customers.
- They must be reliable, as they will become an integral member of a small but busy Sales Office.
