Proactive Personnel Ltd are pleased to be recruiting on behalf of their client based in Birmingham.  We are currently recruiting for the role of Customer Service Representative to join an existing team.  Our client is a well established company offering exciting opportunities for Candidates who are looking for development and progression.

The Job Role:

• Order inputting
• Answering incoming telephone calls and assisting with queries.
• Answering incoming email and assisting with queries.
• Dealing with PO's.
• Data entry.
• Customer service duties
• General administration duties

Experience / Requirements:

• Good Customer Service experience
• Good Administration experience
• Attention to details skills
• Good IT skills (Microsoft Office experience)
• Confident on the phone with a good telephone manner.
• Capable of working in a busy environment.
