Customer Service Agent

Proactive Personnel Ltd are pleased to be recruiting on behalf of their client based in Cannock.  We are currently recruiting for the role of Account Manager to join an existing team on a temporary to permanent basis.  Our client is a well established company offering exciting opportunities for Candidates who are looking for development and progression.

Due to location you MUST be able to drive.

Duties:

• Creating and managing new and existing accounts using the in-house CRM.
• Building and maintaining professional working relationships with prospective and existing clients via telephone and email.
• Researching and adding relevant accounts to the database and then gaining the initial point of contact.
• High volume of calls to be made on a daily basis so must be comfortable on the phone.

Requirements:

Essential:

• Pleasant telephone manner
• Good communication skills
• Basic computer skills
• Excellent customer service skills

Desirable:

• Experience with a CRM
• Experience in telemarketing/telesales
