The Job Role:
Set up contracts
Customer service duties
Answering inbound calls from customers over the phone and emails relating to orders and queries
Raise purchase orders.
Organise material/equipment/hired goods for contracts then raise the orders, negotiation of price for goods( this can be pressurised as might need to ne on site for next day )
Batch all purchase invoices
Input Purchase invoices onto CMS/Sage after being checked to orders
Invoice Customers when instructed from Contract Manager/scan all documents
