Customer Service Advisor on the outskirts of Cannock - easy to get to!
Permanent contract on a full time basis (Monday to Friday: 8:30am – 5pm)
Paying up to £21,000!

- Deal with inbound calls to process customer orders.
- Raise quotations up on customer request.
- Maintain current customer relations whilst resolving any non-conformances they may have reported.
- Assist customer enquiries via the telephone, email and web enquiry
- Excellent customer interaction.
- Professional E-commerce capabilities.
- Problem solving capabilities.
- Ability to work under pressure in a calm manner.
- After sales customer care.
- Data collation.
- Producing weekly reports.
