Our client is a well established company offering exciting opportunities for Candidates who are looking for development and progression.
The Job Role:
- Front of house assistance
- First point of contact via the telephone and email.
- Operating the switchboard
- Transferring calls to relevant members of staff.
- General Administration
- Creating and updating spreadsheets
- Customer Service
- Dealing with general enquiries
- Excellent communication skills are a must.
- IT competency in Excel and Word
- Excellent telephone manner
- Strong organisation skills with a calm and professional approach.
- Hours of work are 08:00 – 16:00, Monday to Friday
- The successful candidate must possess a friendly/outgoing personality, be a problem solver who thinks ‘outside the box’, and have a proactive approach demonstrating good attention to detail.
