Role Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Supplier Onboarding Administrator to support a supplier data cleansing and onboarding project. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the accurate onboarding of suppliers into our supplier registration platform and ERP system while maintaining high standards of data quality and compliance.
The ideal candidate will have a strong administrative background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to quickly learn new processes and systems.
Language Requirements
Candidates must be fluent in English and at least one of the following languages:
- Italian
- French
- German
Key Responsibilities
- Identify supplier tiering, classification, and spend levels.
- Prioritise and invite suppliers to complete onboarding, focusing on critical and high-spend suppliers.
- Monitor supplier registration progress and provide support to ensure timely completion.
- Determine whether Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) are required.
- Confirm supplier payment terms in line with company policy.
- Verify supplier documentation and registration details.
- Update supplier classifications within the ERP system as required.
- Maintain onboarding status and vendor records accurately.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders and suppliers to resolve onboarding queries.
- Ensure supplier master data is maintained in accordance with project standards.
Required Experience & Skills
Essential
- Fluent English plus Italian, French, or German.
- Experience in an administrative, data management, or customer support role.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple activities simultaneously and prioritise workload.
- Comfortable following defined processes and procedures.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and Outlook.
- Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly.
Desirable
- Previous experience in supplier onboarding, procurement operations, vendor management, or master data administration.
- Experience working with ERP systems.
- Experience supporting multinational suppliers and stakeholders.
- Understanding of supplier due diligence and onboarding processes.
