What you’ll be doing as a recruiter
No two days are the same as a recruiter at Proactive Personnel. You’ll be natural people-person with a flair for outbound sales and relationship management. You’ll be working a busy office environment as part of dedicated team in one of our branch offices, generating new business and recruiting staff across the region aligned with your core sector: industrial, office, commercial, transport & logistics.
And because we encourage our people to think differently and build on their potential, we’ll even give you the opportunity to join an existing vertical market recruitment desk already operating in the business, or build your own. Using our dedicated in-house and external sourcing tools, you’ll find and interview candidates, and work with them until they’re successfully placed in a new role.

You’ll have regular reviews, branch support from your manager, regional director and other experienced recruiters. You’ll also work to realistic targets for which you’ll be very well rewarded when you smash them (which we’ll help you do!)
We have a proven history of promoting internally. In fact, all of our directors started in the business as recruitment consultants and have worked up through the ranks.
