Temp to Perm Recruitment Fees
If you take a candidate on a temp to perm contract, you only pay for the hours that the candidate works (plus VAT and legislative costs) during the temp to perm period. This is very much the same as our temp recruitment model.
Then, if you’re happy that the candidate fits well within your business, and you both agree to continue the relationship, you can offer them a permanent contract (after a qualifying period) and take them onto your own payroll, completely free of charge.
